SplitBill’s Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with our service at SplitBill please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days, then you can apply for a refund within 14 days of the transaction using the process below:
- Please contact us at email@example.com quoting the transaction number and your user ID or telephone number.
- We will respond within 24 hours and upon confirmation that the service was not accurately billed or the charge was made in error, we will refund within 10days.
- You will be responsible for providing full details of the transaction and why the charge should be reversed
- We will require a confirmation from the SplitBill Host that the charge was made in error or that the service was not provided as described.
- Our policies do not affect your statutory consumer rights
